Smoked Gouda Bacon Burger
Form the ground beef into large 1/2 pound patties. This is a very big burger recipe, but you can reduce it if you’d like. Season both sides with your favorite seasoning.
On a flat top griddle over medium heat, begin grilling the bacon.
Once the bacon is done, use the bacon fat to cook the onion and mushrooms.
Grill the burgers after the onions and mushrooms are done, in the rendered fat left over from the bacon. Add the sliced smoked gouda on the turn and cover with a basting cover to melt.
On a toasted brioche bun base, place the burger then top with bacon, onions and mushrooms. Enjoy!
